I'm amazed that you've been blogging for less than a year and a half and have 4000 comments. I have some catching up to do as I'm just shy of 400 in 6 months.

Angelika

I didn't know there were evil fairies, but this one sure has a nice hair doo. And another pair of socks. Can't let the boys get cold feet, right? Nice work. Wow, and look at all those comments. Imagine that.

Jen

I, too, am amazed that you've only been knitting for two years! Beautiful socks as usual - love the evil fairy too!

Brie

Again with the cute socks! And the cute costume (or should I say evil? I wouldn't want to upset your daughter by saying cute when she was going for evil!)

And, thanks for turning me on to the Wendy Knits toe up heel. I finally tried it, and loved it!

Julie

LOL - after your last post you had me searching around for autumn colored sock yarn. Now you do this to me! ;o) The socks are gorgeous, just gorgeous! Oh, and, you've only been knitting for two years??!!?? I have hope!! ;o)

jenn

the hallowig is perfect for the evil fairy costume! as always, the socks are gorgeous and i'm terribly jealous of your children for getting so many made for them :)

Kirsten

The Hallowig is perfect! Happy Halloween. This is the first year since I've had kids that I haven't made any costumes. Kind of sad, my kids are growing up too fast.

Happy Knitty Anniversary!

Maud

Happy Halloween! The costume is fabulous! Tell your daughter she looks fabulous, and the idea is great!

Beth

Happy Halloween! Love all the socks you've been making. The costume is great too. Did you make the wings as well?

Great costume, and great socks! It's hard to believe that you have only been knitting for two years. Thanks for being an inspiration!

Chris

I love your blog. I don't usually comment because you get so many. Wow!!! But you are such a fast and talented knitter and I love seeing the things that you make

merete

two years of knitting and what a lot of things you have achieved tiennie. it is great. and knitting and daydreaming is how we like it, isn't it.
the socks are cute and so is the halloween costume. much better than the little guys i met on sunday who wanted treats but didn't dress up and was carrying a plastic bag around for collecting treats. i suppose it is because halloween doesn't mean anything here as we only started to approach the tradition a few years ago.

Sourire11

happy halloween to you, too!!!

The wig is adorable as are the socks... and you've only been knitting for 2 years?! Wow.

Persnickety Knitter

I love the color of those socks! And the Hallowig looks great. One of my daughters is being a fairy this year too and is wearing very similar wings, but in black.

lisa

Mary

I love all your socks! They're just so cute! Happy Halloween!

Richelle

Happy Anniversary! Totally awesome fairy wings. Did you make those too? They are beautiful. I can't even manage one pair of socks as fast as you knit four.

Diana

Your daughter's costume is very cool! I love the boys' socks too! Wow you are an amazing knitter for just two years of experience. I always marvel at your work! And 4000 Comments! Congrats!

Alicia

Congratulations on your knittiversary! Love the socks and Hallowig!

keri

What a cute little costume, I just love the matching fairy wig.

Hilary

Fantastic socks! You are so prolific. And I love that you knitted your daughter's wig. My children think that since I knit, I should be able to sew. (Or at least that I ought to be able to whip up their costumes with no problem -- you should hear me (unsuccessfully) trying to wheedle them into storebought costumes!)

Happy Knittiversary!!!

kim

What a great costume. I love the wings!!! As always, very cute tootsies!

wendee

Now that's an awesome costume! Woo Hoo - a knittiversary AND nearing 4000 comments - that's awesome. Hey - why don't I throw in another "awesome" regarding the socks - cause they are. I like those Cherry Tree Hill folks.

Hope you and the kiddelies get some good spooking and trick-or-treating done tonight!

Caitlin

I love Cherry Tree Hill so much! It always seems to go so far. Great socks for socktoberfest.
Congrats on your 4000th comment! I don't think I'd ever get to that point.

Petra

Congratulations on 2 years of knitting! 4000 comments? WOW! Your daughter's costume is very cool... love the wig. Super cute matching boy socks!!!!

p-la

The end of Socktoberfest?!?! Already?!?! And I have yet to knit even a single sock. Sigh. Where does the time go???

Trish

Oh I love the evil fairy costume. :)
Happy Knitaversary!
CTH is wonderful though I'm on the fence about their new sock yarn. The colors are great but the feel isn't as soft.

Robyn

Love the knitted purple wig! Great costume.

Annie

I can't believe you have been only knitting for 2 years. I have been knitting for 20 and I haven't made half the amount of stuff! I love reading your blog, so happy knitting and I look forward to seeing what you come up with next! and if you should happen to pull my name for some yarny goodness, I love earthy dirty colors (any color - pink, green, rust, teal - earthy dirty!) Just you know, in case there are options. :-)

Theresa

Congratulations on knitting, blogging, and adorable projects! I like blues, btw :)

Sara

Happy Halloween! I like the evil fairy costume, and you can never go wrong with purple!! Hmmm...I guess I just told you what color I like :-)

Valerie
