Hm... eight hands less than I expected... ;)
Thanks for sharing the totally adorable hunk sweater story!
Well, and of course, great hats, Tiennie!

~Kristie

AHA! I knew there was a reason you could knit so much so quickly. Can I borrow a pair of those hands? (you're so silly) ;-)

Your girls are adorable in those hats. Of course you knit the pattern in multiples. I'm starting to see a recurring theme.

carrieknits

You're just a knitting machine lady!! Love it love it love it!! And we know you are adorable because...hello! look at your girls!!!

And, aren't are men funnY!! You know they really do want to be hunks of the months on the knit blogs...deep down they do, they just can't admit it!!

Oh, and the hats, absolutely adorable!!! I've been trying to hide this pattern from my sister before her birthday or else she will soooo want one! ANd I'm in selfish knitting mode, I need to be a bit more like you! Great job, again! Four hats, wow! Must be a great pattern!

Maud

The hats are adorable, and just as I guessed you have more hands than we ordinary people. Congratulations on beautiful Fos!

Lin

Fab hats! I think that you probably look like your daughters, not that other picture!!
I love the Hunk song!

Stacey_CrimsonPurl

You are a mess! LOL @ pic
But you must have multiple arms to get all the duplicate knitting crank out that you do!

Luv me some Rosi and her Capitan hat has been spreading like wildfire! I so wish she would have "sold" that pattern.

I kinda like the anonmity you intend on your blog with you and the kids! All except you Hunky Hubby! :oD But we like that!!! Haha!

Kirsten

Ha-ha-ha! Love your "portrait"! Glad to finally know what you look like. I'm a little frightened though.

The hats are adorable! The Hunk song is great!

Julie

Fabulous hats! And I should have known you had multiple hands. It explains everything! I feel much better now. ;o)

Rebecca

Those hats are just TOO cute! But, you still have not told us how you ARE able to knit so many projects!

hpny knits

how do you do it?
it seems the kids love it!
:-)

kseio

OH.MY.GOSH! How cute are those two with their adorable little hats?! VERY! I still don't know how you knit so fast, but those hats are so darn cute!

Silvia

Great hats, there may be some in the future for my girls!

jen

You are quite the generous knitter! Always knitting things for friends and the like. The hats are really cute.

Karen in Toledo

Your blog makes me smile every time you post, Tiennie! (((HUGS))) to you.

Liz

Aww, the song and dance I'm imagining are ADORABLE! Thanks for sharing. :D

whitney

Such cute hats! And *four* of them, wow. Such a speedy, generous knitter, you are!

cactusneedles

I think it's great you're able to knit fast enough to supply your whole family! And they look fantastic!

stacey

More great projects, I knew you had to have had extra hands, just had no idea how many!:)

Robyn

Cute hats! They look like a quick knit. I just finished a Meatheat Had for my son, and it took me under an hour to knit that I want to know like 10 more!

Meredith

Oh my gosh your girls are so adorable! Love the hats!

leslie

your girls and their hats are ADORABLE!
you amaze me each and every time!!!
sure hope you can hit the slopes again soon!

adrienne

Oh too cute!!! I love it!

Cecilia

OMG those hats are so cute! I hope you're planning to make one for yourself too! I can't believe you made four of them, just like that. You are the queen of productivity.

margene

Absolutely the CUTEST!!

Kim

I love opening up your blog to see what you have created....it's always so nice! You ARE a fast knitter! Please do not tell me you also have a full time job....I swear grrl, I don't know how you do it!

Diana

Sooo adorable! Love the hat pattern you chose! I just got some Malabrigo from a swap and I am itching to knit a hat. Just need to pick a good pattern. This one is very cute. The brims don't block your eyes, though, do they?

mary

The hats are so very cute! I think the band on top with the buttons finishes it beautifully. Your girls are bee-utiful!

Charity

Those hats are so cool, I might need to cast on for one myself! :0)

Stacee

Your daughters are too cute in their matching hats. Sorry to hear the pass was closed... I grew up in CO where that happened quite a lot, so I completely understand!

bea

Those are the coolest hats ever! I need to make one for myself :P Your little girls are so cute, they have the biggest smiles, of course I would too if you were my mom ;) Your picture cracked me up! I was wondering how you get so much done, and now I know!

Cindy D

The hats are just right for your girls. Do you have to add some stiffener to get the brims to stick out.

MrPuffy

That is just too too cute. They are just the coolest looking hats and the girls obviously love them.

Zonda

You are a riot!! LOL! That explains all your fast knitting alright! ;) Great job on the hats!

lynette

your picture explains it all. ;) i love it. your girls' hats are adorable. and i LOVE that you knit recurring projects.

Miss Scarlett

Tiennie that is too funny! Now your secret is out...

Love the Capitan hats. You're right the star on top is fantastic. Your daughters are beautiful. :-)

That e-mail is a riot - thank you for sharing!

Stella

SO CUTE!!! You're just amazing.

Opal

Those caps are so cute! I just love them. I also love the picture of you. Now it all makes sense. ;-)

marjorie

If I had such adorable kids, I'd knit lots of the same items too. The caps are great, and the pictures are even better.

And I love that song. DH is really fond of making up songs and poems, but so far nothing about my knitting. I think I might just keep this to myself.

AMBER

This post cracked me up! That "self-portrait" is hilarious! And the Hunk of the Month is funny, too...

Your knitting ability amazes me. I LOVE those hats! I'm going to look at that pattern...

sue

Well you certainly could knit faster with that many arms. I love the hats, so cute and your girls are adorable too.

margaux

that explains it all, you have 10 arms! nice ;-) those hats are the cutest! beautiful work as per normal ;-)

LizKnits

Hmm... maybe I should look into getting some of those extra appendages too! [laugh] Beautiful work as usual.

Shea

Cute hats for cute girls!

Sam

I love the hats and your girls are adorable hugging each other :)

AJ

Adorable hats Tiennie!

Petra

Love the Capitan! I was just talking about a cap like this to a friend and I am so glad to find a pattern. Too cute!

Denise

You are amazing! and those hats are adorable on your girls. Makes me want to try and do at least one, but I don't have a size 10 circular or dpn's so I'd have to go buy some first. I did buy the Knitpicks option needles but thought it strange that they didn't include a 16" circular! I would have been all set to go if they had.
Loved the story of the 'other hubby hunk' :-)
Have a great weekend.

Ann

Now your secret is out - I thought you had a knitting machine sitting at home - hahaha! Those hats look great on your pretty girls & once again you outknit all of us. I do wish I can knit much faster but it's so difficult to find more knitting time.

Jennie

hahah, love the picture of you! :)

And oh my goodness, your lil' ladies are super cute. :)

Heather / Arctic Knitter

Great! The photo explains so much! :0) Love the caps!
